General Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions apply to reservations made through our site.
During your stay, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a reservation.
Reservations and Payments
Little Bali Jávea offers its guests the opportunity to request a reservation directly by emailing littlebalijavea@gmail.com . To place a reservation with us, the main guest must be at least 21 years old. The maximum number of staying guests per room is shown in the room occupancy details on the booking.com website
If the person making the reservation is different from the principal guest taking the occupancy, the person making the reservation may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set forth. Only the main guest and the named co-guest may use the accommodation and associated facilities, Any third party visitors will only have access with the express permission of the owner.
To guarantee a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid immediately. Reservations made within 6 weeks prior to the arrival date require payment of the total reservation amount. Minimum number of nights to reserve is 2 or more and is subject to different seasons as indicated.
Cancellation, deposit and non-arrival policies
Guests who need to cancel a reservation should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid will be returned only in accordance with the following conditions;
- Cancellation up to 6 weeks or more before the arrival date in the months of January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November and December = full refund of the total reservation amount.
- Cancellation from 6 weeks or less to arrival date in the months of January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November and December = no refund .
- Cancellation up to 6 weeks or more prior to arrival date in the months of June, July and August = refund of deposit, 30% of total reservation amount.
- Cancellation from 6 weeks or less to arrival date in the months of June, July and August = no refund.
- Cancellation up to 6 weeks or more prior to arrival date in the months of June, July and August = refund of deposit, 30% of total reservation amount.
- Cancellation from 6 weeks or less to arrival date in the months of June, July and August = no refund.
Guests who do not arrive, who are prevented or unable to come for any reason will forfeit their deposit and the full amount of the reservation will be due.
It is recommended that you purchase appropriate vacation and/or cancellation insurance. In the rare event that we have to cancel your reservation with us, please note that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and our liability to you is limited to the refund of amounts already paid.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and tranquility of all other guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation with immediate effect if guests fail to honor this agreement or cause a nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners.
Check-in & check-out + security deposit
Guests must check in and out at the times listed below;
Check-in: between 16:00-17:00 hours
Check-out: 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Security deposit
For use of our apartments, you as the main guest are required to pay a security deposit for any damage caused during the stay by the main guest or his/her fellow guest.
This includes breakages, stains, damage to objects, furniture, appliances, fixtures/fittings and loss of keys.
The amount of the deposit is 100 euros. This amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. Similarly, 1-time cleaning fee must be paid on arrival. For both rooms it is 25 euros.
You must be able to identify yourself on arrival with a valid passport or identity card. The administration is done immediately upon arrival. If there is any kind of damage after your stay, it will be deducted from the deposit. Any other damages higher than the deposit will be charged).
If no damage to and / or loss of property of Little Bali Jàvea is found, after the stay the deposit will be refunded in cash to the main guest or in case of very early departure of guest the deposit will be transferred within 1 week after departure.
Lost property
Lost keys to Little Bali Jàvea will be charged a fee of 20 euros per key.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay, will be held for a period of 1 month.
We accept no responsibility in replacing lost items. We offer to ship any lost items via (registered) delivery at the guest’s expense.
Pool
We would like guests to be able to swim in a clean and clear pool. We make every effort to do so.
As a guest, before using the pool, you agree to use the on-site shower to remove body and/or sunscreen as much as possible.
Beach towels for use at the beach or pool at Little Bali Jàvea should always be brought by yourself. Use of bath towels on the sun beds are mandatory.
No food or drink may be consumed by the pool. No jumping is allowed to avoid dangerous situations.
WiFi Policy
Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept that such Internet access will be used fairly and appropriately. The internet access provided is intended for general use, such as internet access, email, messaging, social media, light video/music/media streaming.
It is not intended or suitable for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads/uploads.
Accessing illegal activities or using our network for illegal activities is prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments but in designated areas as indicated in the accommodation and if doing so will not cause a nuisance to other guests and/or owner.
Pets
Unfortunately pets are not allowed. There are already 2 cats living at the B&B.
Parking
Where parking is permitted on the property, guests accept to park their vehicles at their own risk.
Private areas
The B&B grounds also contain the owner’s home and terrace which is for the owner’s private use only and may be used.
The areas/spaces concerned will be clearly indicated upon arrival.
Garbage
Garbage must be taken by yourself to municipal waste collection sites. In order to avoid nuisance from animals such as ants as much as possible, we advise you to take your garbage away daily even during your stay.
Final cleaning
Before checking out, the apartment will be checked.
You are responsible for the daily cleaning of your apartment.
Guests undertake to leave the apartment broom clean and in complete, tidy condition.
This means that you must clean the refrigerator. No food waste, bottles and cans should be left behind. The outdoor kitchen must also be left clean and tidy.
Garbage must be taken (in advance) to the municipal waste collection site. Garden and other furniture must be returned to the place where you found it on arrival.
If the apartment is left excessively dirty and/or not in the same condition (with damage) as at the start, we may deduct the extra costs for cleaning from the deposit and/or charge you.
Your personal data and privacy
We are required to keep records of guests over the age of 18 staying with us, this includes full names and nationality, and/or passport numbers, place of issue. This is in accordance with the (Immigration (Hotel records) Order 1972).These records are kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR
(General Data Protection Regulation).
Our policy regarding the personal data you provide as part of a reservation or inquiry through this website / or third party website, including the privacy of that data, is explained and set out in our privacy policy.
Our right to cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without compensation or refund if the conditions as set out are violated.
House rules

Additional rules
As a guest, you agree to the HOUSE RULES of Little Bali:
Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the room. Otherwise, they will be turned off remotely. Little Bali an ‘adults only’ accommodation which means guests are at least 18 years old. All guests agree to respect the privacy and quiet of all other guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation with immediate effect if guests fail to honor this agreement or cause a nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners.
