These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations made through our website.
During your stay, you agree to comply with the conditions set out below. If you have any questions regarding booking with us, please contact us before making a reservation.
Little Bali Jávea offers guests the opportunity to make reservations online. Payment can be made via online payment.
To make a reservation, the lead guest must be at least 21 years old. The maximum number of guests per room is stated in the room occupancy details on the website.
If the person making the reservation differs from the lead guest occupying the accommodation, the person making the reservation may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival, and damages as outlined below.
Only the lead guest and the named accompanying guest(s) may use the accommodation and its facilities. Third-party visitors are only permitted with the explicit consent of the owner.
To secure a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount must be paid immediately.
If booking within 6 weeks prior to the arrival date, the full reservation amount must be paid.
The minimum stay is 2 nights or more, depending on the season as indicated in the reservation calendar.
Guests who need to cancel a reservation must contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid will only be refunded in accordance with the following conditions:
Cancellation 6 weeks or more before arrival: full refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival: no refund.
Cancellation 6 weeks or more before arrival: refund of the deposit (30% of the total reservation amount).
Cancellation within 6 weeks prior to arrival: no refund.
Guests who do not arrive, are prevented from traveling, or fail to attend for any reason will forfeit their deposit and the full reservation amount remains payable.
We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel and/or cancellation insurance.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation, please note that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the refund of any amounts already paid.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of other guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation with immediate effect if guests fail to comply with these terms or cause disturbance.

A security deposit of €100 is required for any damage caused during the stay by the lead guest or accompanying guest(s).
This includes breakages, stains, damage to objects, furniture, appliances, fixtures/fittings and loss of keys.
The deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
A one-time cleaning fee of €25 must also be paid upon arrival.
Guests must present a valid passport or ID card upon arrival.
If damage is identified after your stay, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. Any damage exceeding the deposit amount will be charged separately.
If no damage or loss is identified, the deposit will be refunded in cash to the lead guest at the end of the stay.
Lost keys will be charged at €20 per key.
Any lost items found after departure will be stored for one month.
We do not accept responsibility for replacing lost items. If requested, we can send found items by (registered) post at the guest’s expense.
We strive to maintain a clean and clear swimming pool for our guests.
Guests agree to use the outdoor shower before entering the pool in order to remove body lotions and sunscreen as much as possible.
Beach towels must be brought by guests. Pool towels are provided by us.
No food or drinks are allowed in or around the pool.
Jumping into the pool is not permitted for safety reasons.
Where WiFi internet access is provided, guests agree to use it fairly and appropriately.
Internet access is intended for general use such as browsing, email, messaging, social media and light video/music streaming.
It is not suitable for heavy streaming, online gaming or extensive downloads/uploads.
Accessing illegal content or using our network for illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the local authorities.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas, provided it does not disturb other guests.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Two cats already live on the B&B premises.
Where on-site parking is provided, guests park their vehicles at their own risk.
Guests are required to dispose of their waste at the municipal waste collection points.
To prevent pests such as ants, we recommend disposing of waste daily during your stay.
The apartment will be inspected prior to check-out.
Guests are responsible for the daily cleaning of their apartment.
The apartment must be left tidy and in good condition. This includes:
Cleaning the refrigerator
Leaving no food, bottles or cans behind
Leaving the outdoor kitchen clean and tidy
Taking waste to the municipal waste collection point
Returning garden and outdoor furniture to its original position
If the apartment is left excessively dirty or damaged, additional cleaning or repair costs may be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
We are required to keep a register of guests aged 21 and over staying with us. This includes full names, nationality, passport number and place of issue.
This is in accordance with applicable regulations.
These details will be retained for a minimum of 12 months and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our policy regarding personal data provided during reservations or enquiries (via this website or third-party websites) is outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without compensation or refund if the above terms and conditions are breached.

By staying at Little Bali, guests agree to the following:
Air conditioning units must be switched off when leaving the room. If not, they may be switched off remotely.
Little Bali is an adults-only accommodation, meaning guests must be at least 21 years old.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of other guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation immediately if these rules are not respected or if disturbance occurs.
